What to have nearby before you begin.
A little preparation makes the online steps easier. Gather what you have:
- Your contact details and your relationship to your loved one.
- Your loved one's full name, date of birth and where they are now.
- Contact details for the hospital, hospice or care facility involved.
- Any written wishes or preferences your loved one shared.
If you're unsure about an answer, leave it blank or ask us. We'll explain what's needed for the death certificate and other paperwork, and who should complete or sign each part.
How online cremation arrangements work.
Online arrangements give you space to read, consider your choices and talk with the people closest to you, without needing every answer first. Here is how it works:
- Fill in our arrangement form on this page with what you know so far.
- Choose the option you're considering, such as a simple direct cremation, cremation with a viewing or cremation with a memorial service. Some families choose direct cremation and plan a remembrance later.
- Enter the information requested, including the best phone number and email to reach you.
- We contact you to go over the services, the total price and any fees before anything is final, along with the documents and signatures needed.
- Payment and signatures are completed with our team by phone, email or in person. We accept cash, checks, cards and insurance.
If a death has just occurred and you need immediate assistance, please call us at (405) 443-8085 so we can arrange your loved one's care and transportation right away.
Understand the cost before you commit.
Direct cremation with us starts at $695. When you compare providers, look beyond the starting price and ask what the total would be for your family. Ask which services are included and whether transportation, an urn, certified death certificates or other choices add to it. We're glad to go through any charge with you before you move forward.
What to expect after you submit.
Sending information online doesn't by itself confirm a transfer time or cremation date. There may still be details to confirm, signatures to collect and forms to complete, and we'll tell you what's outstanding and how you'll hear from us. If relatives are traveling for a gathering, let us know before you set a date, so we can confirm the timing of the medical examiner's permit and the death certificate.
